Here's the html for the craig's list ad. If you login when posting then craig's list will save this info after you post it once, then after 10 days you can just hit the "repost" button to republish the ad.  I usually repost every 7 days (so the ad pops up near the top). You can do that automatically after you have posted twice by "reposting" the second-to-last ad on the 7th day.

I'll make you and bryce admins for the yahoo group. Not much to do there but approve new members and change the time twice a year or so. Unless you feel like updating the picture--I planned to do that a year ago :)
