New Triple Happiness is willing to sponsor $5 entrance fee each to
those non-UIC student players and hence the player's share for
this entrance fee is thus reduced to $3.

2. Thanks from Big John & Ghana
Coach Ernest Nketiah and the 85 students at the Evergreen Academy in
Ghana would like to express their extreme gratitude for the
outpouring of generosity in donated rackets and raffle tickets( used
to buy shuttles) at the Elk Grove Village tournament. Special thanks
to Alex Mathew and Yonex for an additional donation of new rackets
and to Victor for his tireless work in arranging and promoting the
raffle . A number of players said they would like to still contribute
and we will announce another collection at a future tournament.

Coach Nketiah has promised to send us picture from the upcoming Open
as well as place a tribute plaque in the gym to celebrate their
newfound friends in Chicagoland Badminton.

My heart goes out to all of you for your support. And who knows, in
future years we may see some of these players in international
competition.
