1. GUEST Quota and Higher Fees at McKinley Park Badminton Club
We have been experiencing very high turnout for the past month or so
and we feel that the membership needs to come first as far as court
time is concerned. We only have 3 courts available to us to play on
in the gym. In order to maintain a fair and consistent wait time for
our membership we feel that we have no other choice in this matter
than to implement the following changes.
As of March 7, 2008 the GUEST FEE at the McKinley Park Badminton Club
will be increased to $10 per person per day and we will not be
accepting any more members for the time being.
1a. Guests must see a member and pay Guest Fee before racking up.
2b. We are also instituting a policy change that GUESTS will be
REFUSED ADMINTANCE if there are 24 or more people in attendance that
day.
3c. If a Guest pays the Guest Fee before we have 24 people in
attendance, they may stay until the end of the session if they wish.
4d. Guests must stop play and leave gym no later than 3 P.M. on
Sundays to allow for members to put away equipment.
5e. A maximum of 4 guests will be allowed at the beginning of the
session. If courts are not busy extra guests may be allowed.
