Sanctioned by USA Badminton. USAB Rules: When you register, you MUST sign USAB
release form. You MUST show your USAB membership card or pay $25 fee.
Location: Indiana State University Recreation Center, 5th Street, Terre Haute,
Indiana
Eligibility: You must have resided in the USAB Region 2 since July 1, 2005 or
you must
have played in 3 Midwest Tournaments since moving to the Midwest Region. You
must be
a member of USAB and the MBA to participate. Memberships available at
tournament.
Events: Jr-Sr (35+), Sr (40+), Master (50+), Grandmaster (60+), Golden
Grandmaster (70
+); Men's and Women's Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. You may enter 6
events
maximum. However, you may not enter events held at the same time (ex. 50+ and
35+
Doubles). See schedule below.
Format: A and Consolation or Round Robin for events with 3-4 entries. Events
with less
than 3 entries will not be held.
Entry Fee: $25 for the first event; $15 for each additional event. (Maximum 6
events)
Entry Deadline: Entry form must be postmarked by May 1, 2006. Late fee $10.

following singles 11 am ~ 60+ and 40+ Men's and Women's Doubles
following doubles 1 pm ~ 60+ and 40+ Mixed Doubles
3 pm ~ 70+, 50+, 35+ Men's and Women's Singles
following singles 5 pm ~ 70+, 50+, 35+ Men's and Women's Doubles
following doubles 7 pm ~ 70+, 50+, 35+ Mixed Doubles
Some finals will be held on Saturday if courts and time are available

11 am ~ All Mixed Doubles Finals
Misc.: Shuttles will be sold at the tournament desk for $1.50 each. Facility has
15 courts.
