3. The deadline for entries to the Illinois Open at Elk Grove
Village is April 2. The tournament is on April 8 and 9 at the
Elk Grove VIllage Pavillion.

Oviously, there will NOT be open gym at EGV on April 8th due
to the tournament.

Location:Elk Grove Pavilion
1000 Wellington, Elk Grove,IL 60007.
(About 25 min from Chicago)

Eligibility:
Open for all players. This tournament is not sanctioned
by any badminton body.Thus, we will not be responsible for any
injuries occurred during the tournament

Events:
Men's single, Men's double, Women's single, Women's double and
Mixed double(MS,MD,WS,WD,XD).
Format ABCD drop-flight. Minimum of 8 entries per event and maximum
of 30 entries.
[Note: Other formats such as double-elimination and round robin may
take place depending on the number of participants.]

Entry Fee:
Adult $20 for the first event, $10 for each additional
event. Junior(under 20), Senior(55+) $15 for first event, $5 for each
extra event.
No Refund unless event is canceled.

Prizes:
Rewards for winner and runner up in each category.
Entry Deadline Mail must be postmarked before 04/02/06. Extra $5 need
be paid after 04/02/06. Late applicants may not be accepted if event
is full and will randomly assign your first round opponent.
Payment MUST accompany entry form (checks payable to Jimmy Ye). Send

8:30am Registration for Men's Single and Women's
single.
Game start at 9:00am sharp.
11:30am Mix doubles registration.
12:00pm Mix doubles games start.
5:45pm all games end.

04/09/06
8:30am Registration for Men and Women double
9:00am Women, Men double games Start
10:00am all remaining final games.

Miscellaneous
All finals will receive two free shuttles.
