1. Burbank Doubles Open
Date & Time: Saturday, 11 June 2005, 8:00am ~ 7:30pm

Location: Reavis High School, 77th Street &
Austin Ave., Burbank, IL 60459

Event Format: ABCD drop-flight/round robin depend
on # of entries (min 4 per event)
Matches are best of 3 games of 15
points each. Each entry will have
three matches in ABCD drop-flight
format. All bye in draw count as
matches played.

Schedule: 8:00am ~ 8:30am => Check-in
8:30am ~ afternoon => MxD to final
12:30pm ~ 7:30pm => MD & WD to final

Entry Fee: $20 for first event, $5 each additional.
All proceeds go to Reavis HS badminton and
scholarship.

Payment must comes with entry form and must
be received by 4 June 2005. Limited entries
of 24 for each MxD, MD, WD, so last
received entries may not be entered after
each events full. Entry is considered
`received' only when BOTH partners'
entries are received.

Awards: Trophy for all 1st and 2nd place of each
A,B,C,D

Miscellaneous: Feather shuttles will be sold at
$1.50 each or you can use your own.
School concession sells drinks,
snacks, pizza, etc.

2. I've lost my badminton shoes tonight at Downers Grove North High
School. It's Prince, black and men's size 7. If anybody comes cross a
