Thanks for the post ! All dont be afraid to state your favorites or
ask uninformed questions, I get them all the time from
www.woodtennis.com and if posted here you could get answers from a
variety of experts. Really been enjoying my woodies, latest favs are
my JK midsize sticks, was playing the wilson jk prostaff & advantages
before those and the borgs before those, bancroft & donnay versions.
Anyone ever hit a turn of the century convex wedge ? I strung a
1900 Writght & Ditson with recent syn gut and gave it a try, pretty
nice, I always like heavy rackets with big grips anyway so was very
comfortable for me. Would have been really neat on grass with white
balls & attire :) Looking forward to hearing all or your stories,
especially nice collector finds and woody play. PS : Just acquired a
flattop Horsman racket.
