Couldn't agree more and I have always adopted a similar multi-
dimensional approach from shadow-boxing all the way up to full contact
with helmet and light mitts.

This sounds interesting, it seems to be the sort of approach I take but
I won't know till I look at and in any case I am always open to good
ideas. I visited the site but couldn't see it, could you give me the
location or issue number please!
