Stephen's class at the last Cumann Bhata WMA Seminar had most of the
throws it it. I've not really got the DVD ready yet but the VHS (or un-
menued, non-bookmarked DVD) is available.

Keith Meyers used to have a WMA web-page covering many of them.

I'm thinking of writing an article on the subject.
