You might consider asking your local SCA rapier marshal. Some baronies
practice historic forms, or have within them people who practice historic
forms. Fabris is most likely, but some will do German fechtbooks, or early
Italian or British masters.

We have a small group of guys in Birmingham Al who are interested in Classical Fencing, but it seems like everyone posting is on both coast....Is their someone...
