The Association for Historical Fencing is pleased to announce our annual Grand
Assault of Arms, to be held November 22nd - 23rd, 2008. The tournament is
structured so that all preliminary assaults will be fenced on Saturday, November
22nd and the final assaults to determine the winners per each weapon category
will take place on Sunday, November 23rd. Fencers may participate in any or all
weapons categories. The tournament will include: * Foil * Dueling Sabre *
Dueling Sword (épée) * Single Stick Highlights of this event will include: * The
Grand Salute * Exhibition of the schools of fencing, along with a wide range of
armed combat systems that were practiced in the 19th century. For more details
