Subject: [RN] SJSU shutting down the fencing master's program
Hola all,
The San Jose State University is cutting the fencing master's program. If
any of you have ever taken a class from Maestro Sean Hayes or from me you
have seen the results of this program. It has a 30 year tradition and is
internationally recognized. What's worse is that it doesn't cost the
college anything to manage and even makes a modest amount of money.
The program teaches traditional Italian fencing and has recently become a
magnet for historical fencers who want to learn how to teach and want better
insight into the Italian system.
Here is an article you can read and I encourage you to post comments:

Please cross post this to anyone who would be interested and for those of
you who do leave a comment, you have my thanks.
