I have cheerfully copied books with expired copyrights, and have hesitantly
copied out-of-print books. Copying a new book (even if the words are old)
is theft according to the law and unfair to te publisher.
Now, if the book was only available for $200/copy, I say "where's my
scanner?" but I wouldn't share. Sharing the scans (especially on the web)
makes prosecuting you dead easy.
Here is a link, but you can google yourself on "copyright" and "fair use".

Enjoy the Naldi, you lucky dog.
