Depending on the weather, I am planning to ride on Saturday morning
about 7:30a and Sunday afternoon after church 2p.

I'm not too sure about the name Clarksville Cycling Community.  I
still prefer the Clarksville Cycling Club.

And, I take it from all the rain, we probably won't be cycling
tonight?

hey i got your post, come on out sunday and we won't leave ya...I dont ride to
much over 18 any how and 25-30 would be fine with me.  What other days and when
were you looking to ride since you can't go to the Tues and Thurs groups.

How far/fast are you planning to ride on Sunday?  I would love to
go, but my distance limit is about 30 miles,and max speed for me is
about 18mph sustained.  Also, does anyone do any riding on other
days or times besides the Tues./Thur. rides?  My kids have started

Just wanted to offer to anyone that would like to go out for a nice
ride on Sunday afternoon at about 2:00 we are meeting at Northeast
High for a ride.  The rain is supposed to be out of here by then so
hopefully we can get out for a good one, let me know if you are
wanting to go out there.

Also , Sam suggested today that maybe we use  "Clarksville Cycling
Community"  instead of "club"

Any thoughts??
I think it might work well with the naming of sub groups like we had
discussed.

I've done the route several times. The hills are not too bad. They
are not very long and there is only about 6 or so.

Pace will be around 16 mph with many hills as this route will be
mostly south of Hyw12. I'll have que sheets at the ride if you need
them.

East Motgomery elem. is located south of 41A on Mcadoo Creek. This
is just down the road from Sango Presbeterian church.

on Thursday and Sat  this week

Usually we ride Thursday then again on Sat but we decide on
Thursday's ride on Tuesday and then Sat ride on Thursday night.
(How's that for organization :)  )  On thursday one group may go
from kirkwood and another from sango   - ask me if you ride tonight
or I'll try to remember to post it for you tomorrow

Tell all of your friends, we need more folks to join this board so
we can get this cycle club in clarksville going. It will be hard the
first year but I think this is something Montgomery County and
Clarksville needs. We could have many more members. cyclist and
activist so we can have a voice downtown to get this city "pro"
cycling.

this club going. I'm excited to be part of this.

Note that in your settings you change have individual emails set to
you or you can get a daily digest. I usually have mine set on daily
digest. To post you can log on to the group and post messages.
