I would suggest that is the most appropriate also, thought I haven't been
for years - for old time's sake!
I'm sure Alan wouldn't want us drinking lumpy beer though, the reason why
most of us left. Anyone been in recently?
Matt

I don't know what the Sparrow is like these days Matt but if it is OK then I
would suggest it is probably the most appropriate place to go, otherwise we
could go to the Bridge.

Alan Boys funeral will be held this coming Friday 16th October.
It will leave Mitella Street (just off Brunshaw Road, first right after Park
View) and will pass Burnley FC at 3:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service at
the Crematorium at 3:30 p.m.
I also saw the email from Jo suggesting a meet up to have a drink for Alan
after a game. Can I suggest meeting after the next home game on the 24th
October.
God Bless Prof
