Sacking an old-school manager reknowned for keeping teams in the division on
a tight budget and replacing him with an old-school manager reknowned for
keeping teams in the division on a tight budget is almost as daft as sacking
a manager then allowing him a testimonial about 3 weeks after the new
manager starts.

Not to get too technical but a controlling interest is taken to mean over 30% by the City Code on takeovers and Mergers so even if BK hasnt got 50% his stake...
