Gerrard. This book is the best for beginning martial
artists. A great woman gave it to me by the name of Cary.
She has taken Tae Kwon Do for years; currently she is
in her late 70's yet a look as if she is in her
50's. Each year she seems to get younger and younger
looking through martial arts. But anyway look no further
than this book.
