Earlier today, it was reported that Ric Flair, Chris Jericho, and
Batista harassed a man at a Hooters restaurant. The rumor has been
laid to rest with this most recent newsbit:

Some of the people in attendance at the Hooters restaurant where the
apparent assault incident by WWE wrestlers against a man named Dana
Mixx took place are claiming that Mixx more or less made up his
story.

The fans claim that Mixx actually challenged Chris Jericho to an arm
wrestling match, lost, and then gave his cowboy hat to Jericho.
Jericho then returned it. Mixx had claimed that Jericho, Ric Flair,
and Batista took the hat from him and refused to return it.

The wrestlers also apparently stayed at the restaurant for hours
signing autographs and taking pictures with fans, including one with
Mixx.

To make Mixx's case even worse, Batista was apparently not even
there at all.
