I have mixed feelings about Goldberg. While I don't really admire
his "wrestling" skills, he's provided many "mark-out" moments for me
over the years. I don't like his attitude backstage often,
especially when in interviews he acts embarassed to be associating
with wrestling, but then again I can't blame him if he's unhappy in
WWE. Linda McMahon called him a dissapointment even before he'd
really had a chance to shine (and had suffered through a few months
of terrible WWE booking). The Heel Section sort of piss me off for a
few reasons. They don't understand why TNA would get mad at them for
booing the faces and cheering the heels. As a person who's been to
live shows, I boo the heels even if they are my favorites. Why?
BECAUSE THE HEELS WANT TO BE BOOED! BY BOOING THEM, I AM SUPPORTING
THEM! THEIR CONTINUED PUSH DEPENDS ON PROPER CROWD REACTION!!! I
BOOED THE SHIT OUT OF JOHN CENA BUT I THINK THE GUY IS AWESOME! I
CHANTED 'YOU SUCK' AT KURT ANGLE, BUT I KNEW HE WAS BASKING IN THE
GLOW! BAHHHHHH!!!
So the heel section, as amusing as they can be, need to learn their
place. They not only make the TNA product look bad sometimes, but
their noise sort of blocks out the rest of the audience, and
sometimes encourages others to join them along with booing the faces.
Yeah... by the way, Triple H doesn't look like he's going to be in
wrestling condition for Unforgiven. I'm going to go on record with a
prediction: Unforgiven is going to be the worst WWE pay-per-view in
years. It's going to make us wish that Diesel and Mabel were still
headlining. It's going to make Badd Blood look like Wrestlemania X7.
I kid you not.
