A few weeks back you mentioned the wrestlecrap curse which got me to
thinking, maybe we could test it. So it only works with bad ideas,
so a bad idea I've got. Think about it, if it gets posted, then gets
done on Raw, it could be the Wrestlecrap definition one week, then
get it's own column once it's run it's course. Wrestlecrap created!
The whole thing goes full circle.

I got the idea from watching Revenge of the Nerds on TBS a few
nights ago. Well this is Revenge of the Mid-Carders. Evolution makes
their big return and realizes that since they are not the Horsemen,
there's no need to keep with just 4 members, so they pick up Chris
Nowinski and Trish Stratus (since Jeff's gone) then began
terrorizing the WWE outcasts as only an elite group could do.
William Regal wants to join but is turned down and subsequently
beaten. Next in Evolution's path of destruction is Spike Dudley who
gets squashed by Batista, and then destroyed 5 on 1 until Bubba and
D-Von make their 10,301,977'th reunion and face turn saving Spike.
William Regal once again tries to prove he's Evolution material
involving himself in the Evo-Dudley mayhem, but is pedigreed for his
trouble.

Next Raw, 6 man tag Dudleys and ???partner vs. 3 members of
evolution. Spike's not there, no one knows why.Goldust still
harboring ill feelings about the group who nearly electricuted him
wants to be the third partner but is told "we'll see." Dudley's 3rd
partner.....William Regal. (making his first face run since retiring
the hard hat) but not to be outdone Evolution's 3rd partner Rhyno.
Gores everyone. Evolution take it.

Goldust runs out. There are many ways to set it up, I'll just get on
with it.

So we have D-Von and Bubba (Lewis and Gilbert) Spike (Wormser)
William Regal (Poindexter) somehow get Tajiri and Jamie Noble
(Booger) and Goldust (Lamar "not that there's anything wrong with
that" Latrell ) all in this stable standing up to Evolution (the
Alpha Beta's) led by HHH, (Stan Gable) including Rhyno (Ogre).

Evolution does things like trash their dressing rooms, cancel hotel,
car and plane reservations (which are for some reason filmed) Trish
flirts with the faces only as a set up, and the group parties
constantly. But in the end, you know the all ending multi-man tag
match the faces go over, Bubba could make a speech talking about
people who are different, maybe they wear thick glasses, or speak
with an accent, grew up poor or paint themselves gold. This is a
victory for everyuone who's ever been made to feel inferior because
they were different bla bla bla Trish is moved by the speech, and
come out and hugs Bubba, Rhyno also feels he's been used by
Evolution joins Bubba and co. (in a move out of Revenge of the Nerds
1 and a later ROTN respectively) and cut.

So that's my idea. Can a Wrestlecrap reader actually make
Wrestlecrap? If so and it bombs, which it will, hey I might even
realize a lifelong (ok 2 year) dream of winning the coveted Gooker
award while not being part of the company.

RD: ROTN is one of my all-time favorite films. In fact, one of my
main motivations for dieting is to be able to fit into a single XL
Lambda Lambda Lambda shirt. Having said that, I'd have to go with
Tommy Dreamer as Booger. I'd love to hear him mistake Hunter for his
mother's old douchebag (but that's back in Ohio). And how could you
forget Funaki beating on his gong?

Raw Thought: I won't even get into how stupid it is to change
Goldberg's music, but if they have to do it, why change it to
something that sounds almost exactly the same?
