WWE Wrestler of The Year: CHRIS BENOIT

Was there ever any doubt? Benoit came back after being sidelined for
over a year and in a matter of months has gotten his career back
online. I saw his first televised match in person, and Benoit looked
great even then. Now that he's cleaned up all the ring rust (the
little that there was) Benoit is having some of the best matches of
his career and its a very exciting time to be watching Smackdown! I
just hope and pray that he gets to hold the WWE Championship before
he retires. He deserves it over ANYONE else on the current roster,
especially more than Big Show.

Runners up- Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, Brock Lesnar.

NWA-TNA Wrestler of The Year: AJ STYLES

Why? Because he's the (current) best reason to get NWA-TNA. He was
the first X Champion and he's been dominating the division since. He
has also improved greatly since his days in WCW (he was actually
pretty good then too). I hope NWA-TNA can keep him on their roster
because I wouldn't be surprised if the WWE started a talent raid.

Runners up- Jerry Lynn,

Most Improved Wrestler of The Year: RON KILLINGS

Killings could work a good match while in the WWE, but he was mostly
a jobber (he joined Perry Saturn on the list of guys who always had
to lose to the Hardy Boyz). One of the best ideas was ditching the K-
Krush/K-Kwik gimmick. To be honest, his "meant to be cool" rapping
usually sounded like crap. Killings is much more enjoyable as a bad-
ass heel.

Runners Up- AJ Styles, Matt Hardy.

Rookie of The Year: BROCK LESNAR

Brock Lesnar is the most impressive rookie to come along to the WWE
since Kurt Angle. Lesnar is a big guy, but he's not slow and he has
a wide knowledge of technical wrestling (even if he doesn't use it
on TV). Lesnar became the youngest WWE Champion ever and managed to
turn the fans against the Rock at Summerslam. Lesnar has also
managed to get over as a big time face, and the WWE NEEDS THAT! He's
gotten the push that the WWE has failed to give to RVD and Edge, so
Lesnar is the best hope to carry the WWE in the near future.

Runners up- John Cena

Best Storylines of The Year:
Chris Benoit vs Kurt Angle
Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar with Matt Hardy

Worst Storylines of The Year:
Triple H vs Chris Jericho (Wrestlemania)
Triple H vs Undertaker (Necrophilia)
Triple H vs Rob Van Dam (Squashing RVD)

Yesh, I must say that even though the storylines have really sucked this year, the wrestling (the most important part) has been outstanding this year. Now if...
