Currently there are no plans to have Shawn Michaels return in any
fashion to be a part of the nWo stable. A lot of rumors insisted HBK
would take part in the squad due to his behind-the-scenes friendship
with the trio, his coincidental appearances on WWF Excess and WWF
AXXESS, and his desire to get back into the ring for another short
run. Although Shawn Michaels will be on the road with the WWF soon to
be a part of the fan-festival called WWF AXXESS which is a pre-
WrestleMania type fan fare, he is highly expected to remain off WWF
television with the slight exception of a possible cameo during
highlights of WWF AXXESS.
-- When the WWF splits the roster into two divisions which is
expected to take place sometime in late March or early April, there
will not be a Heavyweight champion for each division. Rather, the
Undisputed champion will be the one wrestler who appears on both
divisions television shows (one will be RAW, the other SmackDown!)
and defend the title against both rosters.
-- A hush came across the backstage area recently when Hulk Hogan was
greeting wrestlers during his first visit to the locker room in Los
Angeles a few weeks ago. Apparently Hogan was commenting wrestlers
and coming off as a babyface backstage when he approached the
Godfather and told him he enjoyed his work, but called him "Papa
Shango" which is an old character the Godfather played during Hogan's
last stay with the company.
