Atlanta signed Paul Assenmacher to a minor league contract. Paul is 39 years
old and played for Atlanta 1986-89. He has played for five Major League
Teams the last being the Indians and is 3d among career appearance by a left
hander with 884. Guess the Braves want to help him become #2 or even #1 or
better yet keep Bobby B company. They have little coming up in their farm
system and at this rate they'll have less
