According to todays newspaper
"Rocker may go to extended spring training starting April 3 and will be
ALLOWED to pitch in the minor leagues during the first month of the season"
If he is being punished what does this mean? He is only being punished part
way if he can go to extended spring training Apr 3d and allowed to pitch in
minor leagues?????????????????? I disagree - if he is being punished then
let him go to extended spring training after his suspension and then to the
minor leagues as long as it is AA we don't need him around here.
