Tiger Run Springs, Hangzhou

Set amongst the stunning hills of Hangzhou , Tony and Jerry, the portly twins
are to set a
challenging hill run through the tea mountains of Shi Feng Shan ( Lion Peak
Mountain )
and Hu Pao (Tiger Run), West Lake .

The West Lake Longjing tea boasts a history of over 1,000 years and is often
called
the "Empress of Green tea," and those picked earlier are reputed as "gold buds"
and can
cost thousands of yuan per kilogram.

So bring your wallet and camera as its peak tea harvest time so there will be
plenty of
opportunities for shots of pickers in the fields, spring flowers that adorn the
hills, and a
taste of Longjing, Hangzhou .

With your best dress and climbing boots prepare for a stunning out of town
experience
and do your best to catch the portly twins - if you can!

Date: Saturday, April 14
Location: Hangzhou Tiger Run Springs
Time: The run will start at 2:00pm, bash by 5:30pm, leave by 8:00pm, and be back
to
Shanghai by 10:00pm.

Departure Times:
9:20am Pudong, Jinqiao Starbucks, 633 Biyun Road , by Carrefour
9:45am Pudong, Lujiazui, Information Tower , across the street from the first
bus stop on
Century Blvd. after leaving the Yan'an tunnel.
10:35am Puxi, Portman Ritz Carlton, 1376 Nanjing Xi Road , meet outside by the
Starbucks
10:50am Hongqiao, The Grassy Knoll, on Yannan Road at the intersection of Hongxu
Road .
