We will be running in Suzhou in the hills above the Taoist Temple of
Mt. Chenghuang. The temple is located in a beautiful, peaceful
valley with Taihu Lake in the background. Look here:

The temple dates from the Southern Song dynasty (1127-1279) and was
reconstructed in 2003.

We will be bashing in the temple. The food will be vegetarian along
with some chicken and pork dishes. Beer will flow freely.

The long run should be around 90 minutes. Walkers should be able to
finish in less than two hours by taking the short split. There will
be some shiggy sections, especially on the long run. We will try to
eat outside, so bring some mosquito spray.

Location: Taoist Temple of Mt. Chenghuang, Suzhou

Time: We estimate the run will start by 2 p.m. We plan to start the
bash by 5 p.m., leave by 7 p.m., and be back in Shanghai by 9 p.m.

11:30 a.m. Pudong, Jinqiao Starbucks, 633 Biyun Road, by Carrefour
11:55 a.m. Pudong, Lujiazui, Information Tower, the last bus stop on
Century Blvd. before the Yan'an tunnel.
12 noon Puxi, Portman Ritz Carlton, 1376 Nanjing Xi Road, meet
outside by the Starbucks
12:15 p.m. Hongqiao, The Grassy Knoll, Yan'an Road by Hongxu Road
