The bus is full. The people that are on the bus are listed below. We
don't plan to add another bus.

There will be long and short runs.

The short run is about 4.5 k and was walked in 60 minutes.

The long run is 6.5 k and was slogged in also 60 minutes. If you are
averse to climbing steep mountain ridges in extreme heat, then you
may want to take the short run.

The long/short split will be marked off the second check.

It may be a bit hot on the trail. Bring some water and/or some money
to buy water. There are two shops on the trail to buy water. These
shops will be marked.

There is also some shiggy and a few friendly mosquitoes on the
trail.

9:30 a.m. Pudong, Jinqiao Starbucks, 633 Biyun Road, by Carrefour
9:55 a.m. Pudong, Lujiazui, Information Tower, the last bus stop on
Century Blvd. before the Yan'an tunnel.
10:00 a.m. Puxi, Portman Ritz Carlton, 1376 Nanjing Xi Road, meet
outside by the Starbucks
10:15 a.m. Hongqiao, The Grassy Knoll, Yan'an Road by Hongxu Road
