Taiping Hash: July 15: The Big Bamboo

Slaloming through the bamboo forests and swimming in the lake are in
store when we return to Dongming Forest Park, which is northwest of
Hangzhou on the way to Moganshan.

This was the site of last September's run, and if you forgot what

Considering that many people may be away for summer, we will
initially limit the run to one bus, that is, 45 people. If we get
enough interest, we'll add another bus.

Because we have raised the cost of the runs to RMB150, we figure we
can now afford slightly better food and beer of higher alcohol
content.

The Details:

Date: Saturday, July 15

Location: Dongming Forest Park, Zhejiang province

Time: We estimate the run will start by 1:15 p.m. We plan to start
the bash by 5 p.m., leave by 7 p.m., and be back in Shanghai by 10
p.m. Of course, actual results may vary.

Times for the buses:

9:30 a.m. Pudong, Jinqiao Starbucks, 633 Biyun Road, by Carrefour
9:55 a.m. Pudong, Lujiazui, Information Tower, the last bus stop on
Century Blvd. before the Yan'an tunnel.
10:00 a.m. Puxi, Portman Ritz Carlton, 1376 Nanjing Xi Road, meet
outside by the Starbucks
10:15 a.m. Hongqiao, The Grassy Knoll, Yan'an Road by Hongxu Road
