Taiping Hash: June 24: Changshu Part 3

The third and final installment of the Changshu trilogy is set with
Austin Powers and Shagga attempting to race up the mountain ahead of
the charging pack in Yu Hill National Forest Park.

In order to encourage an intimate atmosphere, we will limit the run
to 100 people.

Committee members and hares, please confirm by Friday, June 16 if
you want to go. All others, first come, first serve.

We kindly remind people that the cost of the bus has gone up about
RMB30 per person. As a result, the cost of the runs will be around
RMB150, and maybe slightly more if we end up having empty seats on
the bus.


The Details:

Date: Saturday, June 24

Location: Yu Hill National Forest Park, Changshu, Jiangsu province

Time: We estimate the run will start by 1:15 p.m. We plan to start
the bash by 5 p.m., leave by 7 p.m., and be back in Shanghai by 10
p.m. Of course, actual results may vary.

Times for the buses:

10:00 a.m. Pudong, Jinqiao Starbucks, 633 Biyun Road, by Carrefour
10:25 a.m. Pudong, Lujiazui, Information Tower, the last bus stop on
Century Blvd. before the Yan'an tunnel.
10:30 a.m. Puxi, Portman Ritz Carlton, 1376 Nanjing Xi Road, meet
outside by the Starbucks
10:45 a.m. Hongqiao, The Grassy Knoll, Yan'an Road by Hongxu Road

Hares: Austin Powers, Shagga

Cost: Around RMB150.

Bash: Rural dining in the Jiangsu countryside.
