Taiping Hash, February 18
This month, we are headed back to Yu Hill National Forest Park,
which is outside the town of Changshu in Jiangsu province. This was
the site of last October's run, and is a relatively short bus ride
from Shanghai.
Austin Powers and Shagga return as the hares. The run site has tea
plantations, waterfalls, temples, bamboo
forests, an old village, and some large hills. If you forgot what
the place looks like, or were not on last year's run, take a look
here:
www.yushan.net/
Runners should finish in 90-120 minutes. Walkers should be able to
finish in under 3 hours. Assume that there is only one trail and it
is A-B.
As always, please RSVP if you plan to come.
