If you want us to hold tickets for you, what we need, ideally by this
Friday November 4, is the following information:

1. Your name as it appears on your passport or ID card

2. Your passport or ID card number

3. Your date of birth (which will be protected under
confidentiality obligations)

The tickets are being arranged by Clare and Christine of Country
Holidays Travel. They are both Taiping Hashers.

If you want to book a ticket for dates or times other than our
scheduled Friday night departure, Sunday night return, please speak
