The next run is Saturday, October 22 at Yu Hill National Forest Park,
which is near Changshu, Jiangsu Province. The run site is only 90
minutes from the Grassy Knoll in Hongqiao. That's right. A relatively
short bus ride. The hares are Austin Powers and Shagger. Here is what
the park looks like: www.yushan.net/. More details about the run
later.
The following run will be either November 12 or 19. The site is
Meijiawu Village, which is a noted center of tea cultivation set in
rolling hills outside of Hangzhou.
The December run will be the weekend of December 2-4 in Fujian
Province. We will join the Free China Hash, Taipei Hash, Boxer Hash
and China Hash for a couple of runs around Hakka villages in the
southern part of the province near Xiamen. We'll announce more
details after Jean figures out the cost and flight details.
And since we are planning ahead (for once), the April 2006 run will
be in Guilin as part of the China Nash Hash in Guilin. The dates are
April 21-23. More information and registration forms are available at
http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/guilinnashhash2006/. There is a
discount if you register before December 31.
