Taiping Hash: November 10
On On to Mysterious Feng Mu Shan
This is one not to miss! This month the Taiping Hash will go to
beautiful and mysterious Feng Mu Shan located in neighboring Jiangsu
province. Complete with over dozens of major streams, dense bamboo
forests, cloud enshrouded cliff areas and its own cave network, and
home to 13 species of indigenous wildlife (including the world renown
purple "Bao Liang" turtle - you are luck if you see one!), Feng Mu
Shan is know to international zoologists and nature enthusiasts alike
as one of the most scenic areas and top hiking destinations in the
Jiang Liao section of Jiangsu province!
The run is a beautiful A to B course of 7.05 miles. It's only 150km
from Shanghai and all highway so a quick trip to get there!
