On Tuesday, November 6th at 1:30 PM in the chamber of the Butte
County Board of Supervisors in Oroville, an appeal of the EIR and
permit granted to Baldwin Construction to operate a gravel mine on
M&T Ranch property will be heard. The appeal has been filed by
neighbors of the property.
Make no mistake, approval of this project would be bad for bicycling
on the roads affected and designated for gravel truck use.
