Well, assuming I can get this thing built up this week, I could go for an easy spin Friday, or either day this weekend. Or, somebody pick a day next week.

None of the carbon 16lb toy bikes though. :-)
So, if anyone is intersted, we could always just meet at Hooker Oak parking lot and go for a spin up the hill.
Any takers? I'm nursing a knee injury right now, but hopefully will be back in action next week.

Hey Gino,It's great to hear that there are a few Chico MTB riders out there. It seems like it's only the Roadies. Ironically Ive been looking for a group that rides but have been unsuccessful.Let me know if you get any rides hooked up. Ive only been riding Bidwell and the Table Top mountain area in Oroville. Otherwise i hit Marin with my old school buddies. I would love to check out some local spots. Thanks,TonyFrom: Gino Zahnd <ginozahnd@gmail.com >

Hey guys -
Just wondering if there's still a Hooker Oak meetup, or any other
regular MTB rides going in Chico.
I'm about to finish up a rigid 650B MonsterCross bike, and would love
to ride some singletrack, fire roads, etc. with folks both around
Chico, and in some not-too-far areas like Whiskeytown, and rides up in
the hills from here.
Since Mr. Paul went Idaho-bound, this group kind of shit canned, but I
figured I'd drop a line in between Rodney's spams, and see if there's
still any interest.
As Paul would say, "Let's ride!"
Cheers,
Gino
