It looks like Ray was too hurt to contribute, even in Grad Rapids. The
QB they started (Jose Davis) had a tough game and one would think that
team would have loved to have Ray run their offense. A recap of the
Rampage game illustrates their need for help at QB as their coach
Sparky McEwen promised: "There will definitely be some changes going
into the home opener...

"McEwen wouldn't say if he would bench quarterback Jose Davis, who
completed 21-of-36 passes for 256 yards, three touchdowns, but suffered
two interceptions and one fumble."

Ray was awesome here for the Rush but he may had taken too much abuse.
