Only in Arena Football can you be so depressed one minute, only to be
jumping for joy one second later. Yesterday's game was a roller
coaster ride from start to finish. However, it looked liked the Rush
were going to come up just a little short with under a minute to go
in the game. But a recovered onside kick and a field goal gave the
Rush a 49-48 win over the Colorado Crush. Keith Gispert saved the
day. After missing an extra point to pull the Rush within 8 points at
48-40 late in the 4th quarter, he kept his confidence and redeemed
himself for a big victory. Next the Rush travel to Columbus, to play
the Destroyers this Saturday night. The game is scheduled to be
televised on Fox Sportschannel.
