Greetings Cheverly Bike Club Members,

The community gave us feedback and we listened! The second season of the
Cheverly Community Market (CCM) launches on Saturday, May 30th at the Community
Center, 6401 Forest Road, with more produce and longer hours, from 8:00 a.m. to
noon. The June markets will take place on 6/13 and 6/27.

There will be a much wider variety of vegetables, fruits, and herbs. And, of
course in addition to some of the best local produce in the region, the market
continues to feature tasty fresh-baked breads and pastries, seafood, meat and
eggs, cheese and dairy products, wine, coffees and teas, jams and honey,
homemade chocolates and ice cream and many other delicious delights as well as
the wares of local artisans.

The drawing will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 30.

Come out to support the market, the vendors -- including local organizations and
artists -- and to hear Cheverly's own Hot Noodle Band, which will provide
entertainment again this market season. Market days are the perfect occasion to
enjoy time visiting with your neighbors over a cup of fresh coffee in a relaxed
and fun atmosphere. The Cheverly Community Market is kid-friendly, but sorry, no
pets are allowed per order of the State of Maryland.
