Unfortunately, bikes aren't allowed on Metrorail on the 4th so you have to pack up the car and park in the Union Station garage or on a nearby street. We'll pass the National Mall, the Washington Monument, the Reflecting Pool, the Lincoln Memorial, the National Cathedral, Embassy Row, The White House, and other sites.
