NIKITA CROSSES THE ATLANTIC FOR SHIMMER 5/21!
----------------------------------------------------------

SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES presents its next live DVD taping on Sunday,
May 21st, at the Eagles Club (6309 26th Street) in Berwyn, IL, just
outside Chicago. Bell time is 3pm. All tickets are just $10 and will
be available at the door. Volumes 5 & 6 of the SHIMMER DVD series
will be filmed during the course of the event.

We at SHIMMER are proud to announce the debut of UK sensation NIKITA
on 5/21 in Berwyn!

NIKITA - Height: 5'8" Weight: 140 lbs. London, England. Debut: Late
1999. The "Queen of Chaos" competes throughout Europe, having gained
the bulk of her early experience under the FWA banner in the United
Kingdom. Nikita earned championship honors for the Fighting Spirit
Federation in France, and also was a part of the International
Women's Grand Prix tour of Japan during 2005. Ring of Honor fans may
be familiar with Nikita from her appearance on the FWA/ROH "Frontiers
of Honor" event in London back in 2003.

Nikita's first opponent in SHIMMER competition will be an ROH
mainstay, and one half of the "Minnesota Home Wrecking Crew," LACEY!
Nikita has a tough challenge ahead of her taking on one of the women who main
evented the first ever SHIMMER
event. a first time ever matchup!

There will be a rematch of the main event from SHIMMER Volume 4,
which saw DAIZEE HAZE take on Ireland's REBECCA KNOX. They will
square off once again on 5/21 in Berwyn for SHIMMER Volume 5, but
this time, it will be the best two out of three falls!



The event will also see tag team action, the popular duo
ARIEL & SHANTELLE TAYLOR, have signed to face
the ruthless veteran combination of LEXIE FYFE & MALIA HOSAKA! Fyfe &
Hosaka made their presence felt at the 2/12 SHIMMER taping, and plan
to continue as a tag team force


Sara Del Rey and Mercedes Martinez will step
into the ring with one another once again, in the long awaited
singles rematch, Since their first match ended in a
twenty minute time limit draw, the rematch on 5/21 will be contested
with NO TIME LIMIT!

Mark your calendars, and make plans to be there LIVE for Del Rey vs.
Martinez II on 5/21!

We are one month away from the return to the Eagles Club in Berwyn, IL. Expect
the next three weeks to be
filled with major announcements concerning the 5/21 taping.

Twenty of the top female athletes from around the world will be a
part of what will be SHIMMER's biggest taping to date. For those
