Seriously speaking here; You need a firewire adapter, and an AV
cable which hooks directly from your camera or VCR to the firewire.
You can then burn the video on to a CD or DVD burner. They sell the
kits (pretty cheap too) at like Best Buy, Comp USA, PCNation.com, or
even your computer manufacturer (ie; Gateway, Dell, IBM, HP, Apple).
It also depends on your OS, processor, and how old your computer is.
