Chelsea football stars caught up in mid-air drama

Chelsea football stars were caught up in a mid-air drama last night
when their plane flew into a snowstorm over Athens.

The freak weather meant the jet had to circle for 90 minutes after the
pilot was warned he could crash if he tried to land.

Players, including skipper John Terry, had an anxious wait while
ground staff cleared snowdrifts from the runway.

A source said: "There were a lot of very worried faces on board. It
wasn't safe to touch down."

The jet, taking Chelsea to Greece for tomorrow's Champions League
clash with Olympiakos, finally landed safely at 9pm.
