Hey Matt,

We'll have to call you Spike from now on!  Hope you get well soon!  I was
playing hockey about three weeks after my hip surgery, so consider that a
challenge.....just be careful of crutches on a wet pool deck!!  Of course that
was with one fin....

We are playing hockey in George, South Africa.  Shallow concrete pool, no rules,
old style hockey!  Kinda fun!

We're off to Namibia next Monday - going to spend four days at Etosha Pan - a
fantastic wildlife area, and then Lynn and the kids are doing a two-week horse
trek across the Namib desert from Windhoek to Swakopmund (look it up...).  I'll
be back in Cape Town drinking...:))  Even though it's mid-winter here, the
weather has been great - I was in shorts and T-shirt yesterday.  Today,
cold.....

Hello Ulla,

People start showing up around 6:30pm and play starts about 7pm (nothing
even close to German Puenktlichkeit going on here).

The pool is in Charleston's West Ashley area, about 15 minutes from
downtown, and is set back off the main road behind the Advance Auto store.

We typically play till 8 or 8:30 then go somewhere nearby for dinner and a
beer.

If you'd like, I'll plan to be there at 6:30 and meet you at the front
desk.  We can probably get you in for free a couple times, after that there
is a $10 guest fee for the fitness center.

We also play Tuesdays from 7:30 till 9:30.
