The debacle in Newcastle is the final straw I will not be buying the
Record again, even though living in Ireland it can sometimes be the
only source of info. Yes the press need to have the freedom to
report but not at the expense of peoples reputations what happened
to innocent until proved guilty. Was there any need for a reporter
and photographer to follow the team to their christmas party (if so
why were Rangers not followed)? Was there any need for seven pages
dedicated to a nothing story. For too long the Record has got away
with bias reporting, it is time for Celtic fans to say enough and
boycot the paper.

You Make me ashamed to be living in this great country,  Thank god

I have to say that it's a wonder such people in the media weren't
bashed up more often by celebrities. Such people who work in that

yeah, last night was a good performance - should have been 4-0 in the
first 20 minutes!! celta had 2 good players last night, the left back
and centre mid. i can not only see celtic go past celta, but also see
them winning it! very angry about the ref last night though, was it
hugh dallas in disguise!!??

Thought Celtic deserved to win last night, but would have been
happier if we had scored at least 1 more goal because I don't think
we saw just how good Celta can be. Second Leg will be very tough but
am confident that we can score.

Thought the officials were shocking, some of the worst I have seen.

Anyway, roll on Motherwell on Sunday adn THEM next Saturday.

NO. Celtic should do what they can to keep Stan. He is one of the
best young players and Celtic would be mad to let him go so easily.
Why is it that Celtic always seem to have problems getting people to
sign new deals to stay on, MO'N and Petrov being the most recnt
examples. Surely we are not returning to the days of the Parkhead
biscuit tin are we?
