OK folks...I think it's safe to say there are positives and negatives
about the new CCTH Y! "club"...and with the temporary EZBOARD that
was set up this weekend we got to see the grass on the other side of
the fence. Problem is that grass costs $$$. It's $10-12 per month to

POSITIVES: No ads, much better organization, better looking (the
wallpaper skating Tiger is NOT permanent). And MULTIPLE options:

NEGATIVES : Apparently no otion to receive posts by mail...I might be
wrong on that. And $$$.

I am more than willing to put up part of the per-month to move us
over there IF...IF...there is overwhelming sentiment from YOU ALL to
do so. But I will need your help. The good new$ is "help" is

I have activated the Community Chest Feature on the front page of the
new ezboard (it's literally a little treasure chect icon). If you
contribute to it now (I picked 3 months for starters) you will NOT be
billed unless we reach our goal. I will be submitting $5 now to show
my support for the new service. We have 30+ active members...

I'm on the fence about Y! vs. EZBOARD...but a little on the EZBOARD
side of the fence. I'm not sure how to guage sentiment other than
asking you to vote by contributing to the Community Chest account. I
GET NONE OF THIS MONEY by the way...not one red cent in any way shape
or form.

If we DO "move" to the EZBOARD I will actively persue establishing a
REAL GENUINE full blown WEBSITE (cctigerhockey.com?) that we will run
featuring photos, analysis, complete stats and recruiting/alumni
sections. Brian and I have been talking about doing this for some
time now.

So if you really want to "move" to the new EZBOARD...vote now!
