The spam you received earlier came from an mail address that has been a
member of the CBC road bike board since 2005. I have emailed her to see
if her address has been hijacked. If sh is no longer active and no
longer in control of her gmail the account will be deleted. The account
has no group management privileges to see email addresses so you should
be safe from further issues.
