Cascade Bicycle Club is proud to present what's become a don't miss,
annual evening of humor and humanity to kick off your holiday season.
Author and performer Joe Kurmaskie never reads from his books (yes, he
CAN read, but we digress). Instead, the Metal Cowboy commands a stage
with a multimedia performance that's by turns stand-up comedy, digital
slideshow, rant, social commentary, audience interaction and Irish
Bard-style storytelling… It's truly an evening you'll talk about long
after he's been extradited by the proper authorities!
This year he'll bring another rowdy evening of slides and
storytelling, humor and humanity, focused on adventures in Northern
Italy, recaps and new stories from the family trip pulling a caravan
of five family members cross the length of Canada and previews for an
upcoming Africa adventure. Joe will take you on one helluva a travel
adventure without having to leave your zipcode.
This evening he'll also add to and ask audience members to contribute
to his popular "You might be a cyclist" routine. Bring your favorite
"You might be a cyclist punch line to share. Prizes, raffles for swag,
book signing and way, way more.
