Hi. I returned to cycling this year after a 10 year hiatus. I too am now a "slow spoke" . I ride 15 - 40 miles but at a 10-14 mph clip. keep in touch. Let's plan a ride. Linda

I just started to ride a few months ago, and I would really enjoy meeting new people who I
can ride with. I'm so new to riding that I still have not transitioned into clipless. Hopefully, I
