CHHH # 655 - Camping Weekend Hash - 21 to 23 of August   Hi everyone at the last hash we talked about a camping trip to Ya Pascua Bay but due to a freak boating accident we are not permitted to travel there.  So, the hash will be held at La Cienaga...   Hare: Andre "Roadrunner"   Here's the  schedule...   FRIDAY 21/08:   From 8:00am to 11:00 am:  We will be leaving Caracas for Puerto Cabello and Patanemo...make sure you pack a light lunch for your trip to Puerto Cabello because the cost of the hash is after 4pm Friday...please leave Caracas before 11am beacause ...   4:00pm:  the boat will be leaving from Patanemo to La Cienaga   5:00pm:  Set up camp...hashers will be free to do as they desire after setting up the camp.  We will also be preparing dinner around that time.   SATURDAY 22/08:   The morning will be a time of leisure  at the beach...including swimming, suntanning, snorkling, diving, popping a few Polars and chilling.   The afternoon will be a HASH!!! TBA...   In our free time we can Kayak or go boat fishing.  These optional activities are not included in the cost of the Hash so will be paid by the individual.   SUNDAY 23/08:   Morning.  More free time!   1:00pm: We will be returning to Patanemo.   Once we arrive to Patanemo you're free to leave for Caracas whenever you or your ride wants.   HERE IS THE CHECKLIST FOR THE TRIP!!   - Camping gear (including tent, sleeping bag, utensils {forks, knives and spoons},cups, and flashlights) - Sunscreen - bug spray - toilet paper and toiletries - swim gear - snorkling/dive gear   Important note: Please advise Fredy what equipement you have and what you don't have so that we know what we can share. (Tents and sleeping bags are important)   COST!!!   The Hash will be charging 250 BsF per adult  and 180 BsF per child.  Please bring cash to cover this cost.   This includes: beer, food and round trip transportation by boat between Patanemo and La Cienaga.    Please remember that there is limited space and we will need confirmation from everyone who wishes to take part in this trip.  You are requested to confirm with Fredy "Horny" Olmos at fredyolm@... or celular 0416-803.90.19.   We need to know who will require a ride and who will be taking their car.    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM BEFORE WEDNESDAY 19/08 !!!
