Date: Sunday, July 6th

Time: 3:30pm for a 4:00pm start; arrive on time for check-in ... the coolers will be open to those who BRING A NEW FRIEND !!!

Location: A park on CALLE SAN LUIS (not Avenida Principal de San Luis), in the San Luis (El Cafetal) neighborhood in east Caracas.     Click here for a bigger printable map

Directions: (an extra beer goes to anyone who gets this right the first time!)From Autopista Francisco Farjardo (the main east-west freeway/motorway), take the CAURIMARE exit in east Caracas. Proceed until coming to Av. Ppal de Cafetal when you must turn right or left: turn LEFT. Quickly get in the right lane and take first RIGHT into San Luis. 

Now you will almost immediately will encouter a traffic circle/roundabout. Go AROUND this to the LEFT and then steeply climb CALLE SAN LUIS (should you err and proceed straight past the traffic cirlce, you will be on Avenida Principal de San Luis, which is the wrong way). Continue steeply up the hill on Calle San Luis passing two small parks on your right; your destination is the the third, very much larger park, also on your right. 

Just beyond the park, the road takes a hard left turn at a recreational center with tennis courts. If you come to that, you have gone a few meters too far. 

Hash Insight: The run will be hilly & the walk will be buggy friendly... all on paved roads.
